John did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish finding me an ideal condo. I am ridiculously picky about things like high ceilings, corner unit windows, and about 500 other things. He was never impatient throughout the process, have research done before we saw every unit, and once I found an ideal place, you got it for me for 20,000 less than the asking price. I would definitely recommend him!

John was everything we wanted (and needed) in a realtor. While he was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, financing and honestly, most aspects of buying and selling a home- he is also a very positive person, has a “go with the flow” attitude and most importantly, was as realistic about the process as he could have been. He was approachable and communicated very well from start to finish. The best thing about John is how he genuinely seemed to care about us as clients. He worked to make sure we were well taken care of while also being very hands on when it came to small jobs that needed done along the way.
